Desperately needed!
Yessssss please!!!!
Ability to CREATE and SAVE custom reports.
This is a must. We often need to make custom reports and Neo Support now seems unwilling to accommodate us when we make this request.
Yes please, I have run some reports that have all this information but shows things I don't need and not the things I do. The lost clients report is great in theory but I need to be able to adjust the dates instead of just the last 18 months. I need to see when the last exam was not just when we put in a phone consult. The client that brings a strictly indoor cat in every 3 years for Rabies only doesn't need to be inactivated but the client that hasn't been in in 4+years does.
A sales report where I can check a specific product and see when it was sold and to who would help a lot.
I have worked with Cornerstone previously and it had more options for reports.
The report functionality in Neo is very disappointing. With no open API and no way of creating custom reports, we have to do a mishmash of excel sheets and vlookups to just get some basic information out of the system.
I wholeheartedly agree with this! We should be able to filter client information by last visit, generate a quick list of all microchips, etc. We need the freedom to generate reports based on our own practice. The database surely has the information!
There are just not enough reports available out of the box. A simple report writer would go a long way toward making this application useful.
This is an area of such annoyance. Some software providers give very useful custom reporting options. Others will write custom reports for you when you ask. Neo does neither.
So many votes here for this request, and it's been posted for 2.5 years. Product Management, can you provide a detailed discussion about your thinking on this?
