Medical Record: Vital Signs (Temp, Pulse, Respiration...)

Would like an actual Vital Sign tab rather than just the weight tab in the patient file.

Ability to enter TPR and other vital signs while in Consultation and store to this tab, or whatever the storage location is for the history.
