Procedure Templates: Link procedure templates inside other procedure templates

Would like the option to link a procedure template within another procedure template in Neo. For example, they provide an Induction Anesthesia service that always includes a certain set of items, but would like the option to link this group of items to another group/service to easily invoice them out.
