This is already an option. Click your name >administration>under system admin it says appointment settings. There you can change the colors of the appointments.
We agree with the post and would like the ability to change colors for block appointments.
Yes please. I was promised this would be available when I purchased neo so that we could have our schedule blocks converted over and this is not the case. I would really love to know how other practices are handling the loss of this function because I really am at a loss on how to set up the schedule now.

This would be a HUGE time saver- right now I spend about one hour per week on the scheduler to make fake appointments under our clinic's name to hold spots for same day emergencies, block off time for surgeries, etc. So wasteful- being able to set a schedule for different types of appointments would be incredibly helpful!!!
This would save me about 3 hours of time per month- right now we use a special appointment for "blocked" or "emergency" appointment under the clinic name to hold space for urgent care appointments. It takes me 2-3 hours per month to create these appointments in the scheduler!
So being able to set a schedule that shows up in the scheduler would be awesome- surgery, wellness, sick/urgent, emergency, and maybe other types (customizable is always good!)
