Client / Patient: Communication log (tab) in client and patient record (SMS, email)

Ability to track all communications for patient/clients. This includes: texts, emails, and reminders.

    It would be nice if users had the ability to add their own entry for a communication log of a client. Such as a quick recap of a phone conversation, text message, or even email correspondence.

    Look at Rhapsody to see a good example of managing communications - e-mails and texts go to inboxes and phone calls are easy to enter in.

    This would be great if Televet communications could be sent to this tab, or at least the option for exporting non-medical communications to a "communication tab", and perhaps forms with medical records get sent to patient consults....

    Will this include the ability to see all call backs for a specific patient regardless of who created them or who they are assigned to. It feels frustrating to clients when they are called twice in the same day, once from a doctor calling back about one thing and another from a different staff member calling back about another thing. Neither staff member new the other had a callback task because there is not an easy way currently to see if there are other callback tasks for a patient assigned to other people.

    I see this has changed status to 'Planned', is there a target date for this to be put into production ?
