Patient: Quick Option to View 5 last Consultation Created by Staff member somewhat like the task list (e.g., to be able to finish entering notes in from a visit)

They would like the option to be able to have an easy way to go back to a consultation to know its notes have not quite been finished. A way to be able to say the consultation is tentative or finalized and also list it for the staff members to see.
