Separate IRIS staging for renal disease and again dental/periodontal disease grades would be helpful to have.
I agree. It would like to be nice to be able to add new diagnosis to the list such as dental grades, heart murmur grade, etc.
I'd like to be able to adjust the master problem list options? For example, change urinary tract infectious disease to urinary tract infection.
