Would like the ability to print the patient medical history or to print just the medical history from the consultations for sending either to another vet or to the client. Would like to be able to email the patient history from Neo.
Cannot believe this is not even listed in planned. It has more votes than just about any other suggestion. Listen to your clients Neo, your current record transfer system is highly inadequate. I've done the allow access a few times only to have clinic request I send a copy, that has to be pieced together. Very much a waste of time. It would be nice to have a chart that lists reminders on the first page under animal information.
We send records to clients, other vets, specialty practices, and insurance companies several times/day. The way it's currently set up in Neo, as a hyperlink for view only (for a short period of time), is ridiculous. When sending records, no one wants to view only, all need to save the records into the patient history. So, for our staff to have to print to PDF, safe the file, open an outside email source, create an email, attach a file, and then send, is absolutely ridiculous and incredibly inefficient. We switched to Neo to become MORE efficient, not LESS efficient.
Please fix this.
There should be a simple "send records" button that then has a few check boxes of items you can choose to include (ie: consultations, labs, xrays, vax, etc...).
Please fix this.
New to Neo. Probably would have chosen different had I known sending patient history (an every day task) would not be easily done. Every PMS I have ever worked with had an option to email patient history, including all labs, certificates, etc. This should have been in place from day one.
This would be really nice! Third party access does not seem to work well for other clinics to receive.
How has this not been fixed yet? This makes me wish I didn't switch to Neo
Emailing records to Insurance or printing or emailing Dr's notes to client is very limited; has many strings attached & very inconvenient. Changed from ClientTrax which had very convenient Patient cards & notes to be emailed
We see many comments about this. We are new to Neo and if we had known this, we're not sure we would have selected this system. This is very time consuming and doesn't seem like a professional way of communicating information to our clients and fellow industry colleagues.
hope this is in the works - it makes the most sense.
YEEESSSS PLEASE!!!! Especially with difficult clients requesting records, I want to make sure that ALL of the communications are sent over but I hate to have my staff sit there and individually save each and every communication. Recently I literally took pictures of all of the communications on my phone because that was easier.
It would also be great if we could choose to include attachments.
This would be great! I'm so tired of having to load all the patient history and save it as a PDF and do the same with the vax history and THEN send in a separate email.
This This This Please!!!
Why is this not in development? It is clearly a very widely-supported request. Can you please prioritize this request?
THIS, AND ANYTHING THAT CAN CURRENTLY BE EMAILED TO A CLIENT, SHOULD BE ABLE TO BE EMAILED AS A PDF!! IT LOOKS SO BAD TO SEND ESTIMATES/INVOICES/RECEIPTS, RX'S, RABIES CERTIFICATES, VACCINE CERTS ETC IN EMAIL FORMAT. I WANT IT TO LOOK LIKE THE DOCUMENT I SEE ON THE SCREEN BEFORE I HIT 'SEND 1 EMAIL'. PLEASE PLEASE
please make it like Ezvet does.
Yes Please! Instead of having to email each individual invoice!
Please do this! :)
This as a PDF
THIS! I can understand radiology having to be sent separately but everything else should be able to be sent together in one go. Hospital heading, client/patient info, reminders at the forefront for quick reference and then everything in chronological order from most recent going back.
