Product: Add option on product screen to add specific text (departing instructions) to an invoice (e.g. home care, product warnings, rebate submission, etc)

Would like a feature to automatically have product-specific "departing instructions" print on the invoice

Is there a way that a message/note be attached to a product so it prints on the client's invoice? I.E. rebate submission information on a product
