For appointment confirmation texts/email- their responses should be reflected in their appointment within the neo schedule. ie: confirmed, canceled
Email reminders should be sent automatically for all appointments, and we should have the option to customize what the emails say and when they are sent. The owner should also be able to confirm the appointment by a link through the email or be instructed to call or reply to cancel/reschedule.
We would love the option to automatically send appointment reminders to clients when they have an appointment on the schedule. An email option would be preferred, as we do not use Neo's SMS/texting option
This would be very helpful as my practice does not use texting as a form of communication
