Was coming here to suggest this as a crosslink between all the different line items of a vaccine. For example: Rabies vaccine, batch #12345 and exp date 02/01/2025. After updating just one line item/product, like Rabies 1yr, to then have all the Rabies vaccine line items be updated via the crosslink. So, then Rabies 3yr and Pkg Rabies would both match/update with the Rabies 1yr.
Just got off the phone with Neo support and am amazed that there is no way for the service (of a vaccine per se') cannot pull the batch number and expiration date for the actual product. Creates more work for our inventory tech. ; (
