Appointment: Add notes to appointment confirmation tab (where or who leaving message with, indicate patient record reviewed, sample requested, etc.)
When confirming an appt we have the option of 'Left Message' but we have no way of knowing if the message was a voice mail message or a text message. It would be helpful if there was a way to distinguish between the two types of messages left.

Would like an internal secondary confirmation on appt indicating the patient records, reminders have been reviewed/ request for patient sample has been requested.
