Misc: Develop Neo app to use Neo on mobile devices (smartphones, tablets, etc.)

Develop an app to download onto a smartphone, tablet or iPad that would allow full access to Neo software, rather than having to access thru a web browser. This would allow for more efficient remote use as well as tablet-based client transactions within the practice.

    I would even be happy with a mobile-specific site to better manage page scaling issues with tablets.
