This is WAYYYYYYY more relevant and usable than listing the next 3 upcoming boarding reservation in the booking tab. Please.

It makes zero sense that Neo tracks appointment cancellations, reschedules, and no-shows — yet doesn’t offer the same visibility for boarding reservations, which are equally (if not more) important for workflow and revenue tracking.
Boarding is often booked weeks or months in advance, and when those reservations cancel or no-show, we lose both revenue and schedule visibility. Not having that history under the client’s Appointments tab creates confusion and missed opportunities to rebook spots.
Neo already has this functionality built for appointments — so why isn’t it extended to boarding? It’s the exact same logic, just applied to a different service type. Adding this would be a simple, high-impact fix that aligns the boarding module with the rest of the platform’s consistency and usability standards.
Yes, to be able to quickly see the boarding reservation with dates and times under the appointment tab would be super helpful and efficient. It would also be awesome if we can click on the reservation and then it takes us directly to the reservation on the schedule. Let's make this happen!
Searching for boarding reservations is such a time sucker without a specific tab (ideally located in the owner's area). Please fix this soon!
I'll echo what everyone else has said. Also setting a search range in the boarding search bar would be effective.
Ability to print a boarding summary report to include client and pet(s) name, type of lodging reservation, arrival/ departure dates and time. also include any special instructions that are needed for that pet(s) stay.
I also cannot believe that this is not something that has been added so far. Please take care of this soon. We were so excited to add the boarding feature to our receptionist options but not knowing exactly when a patient might have a boarding reservation coming up seems like an oversight.
It would also be nice to show no show boarding reservations, which I will make a request for as well.
Yes! PLEASE make this a priority. We have been booked out for weeks due to another boarding facility closing in our area. It is so frustrating having to look through weeks and weeks of boarders just to find someone's appointment in case they do not remember when they made it for.
I am fairly new to NEO, so not knowing that boarding appts did not show up in the clients appt tab was a bit of a surprise to me, IMO this is as crucial as a VET appt, having to go to the boarding tab and scroll through it is a bit of a pain. it also saddens me as it will probably never be addressed since it does not seem to be a concern (based on the amount of votes it has) (also there is another similar request, I have voted on both and commented on both)
