When viewing by provider though you can only see their availability, but not what kind of availability they have. Are they in a room or surgery? It would be nice to be able to see the type of appointments the provider is seeing that week. Are they seeing surgeries or drop offs or appointments?
This would be so helpful, I have had to get on my staff about this-they cannot see the reason why it's blocked which leads to frustration on both ends
options to view by provider or by room would be great
Yes please. Staff keep booking where there are blocks on the schedule because they can't see them when viewing the schedule by provider.
