Yes, this would be so helpful in scheduling. All blocks look the same at this time so it is difficult to differenciate at a quick glance.
Agreed! Having different colors available for blocks would be extremely useful.
Please allow is to pick different colors than what we are given for the different appointment colors.
Agreed. It's ok if staff meetings are blocked grey, but daily emergency blocks should be more readily visible (red) for team members

yes please add this feature. I am using the appt "Alert" for a schedule change and a block off in a different color would be great because the "alert" shows "no show" once it's past the time and I don't want that to affect the stats.
Yes!!! this would be awesome. I also agree with the commenter that said being able to color the appointment schedule would be immensely helpful, making it much more convenient to have times for surgery, wellness, emergency and other types of scheduling- right now we create "fake" appointments under our clinic name to hold slots for same day emergencies. It is so time consuming- takes me about one hour to do one week's schedule in order to allow convenience for our reception staff when making appointments.
If you only allow colored blocks, but not colors on the appt schedule, then please make it so users can be allowed to access certain colored blocks but not others.
Being able to not only make colored blocks, but color the actual schedule too. This way you we could use a green block for "same day appointment only" or put a pink area on the schedule for surgery admits only
I use these for new client/patients so that I do not have to add them to the main system until they actually show up. Many make appointments and then do not show up.
This would be wonderful!! For example - when we are taking emergencies during the day (we are super busy), it would be a great reminder for reception to have coloured blocks to ensure emergencies are booked efficiently. Red could indicate a spot for a more serious, larger work up; green for ear infections... etc
