An open API would be extremely valuable. Some comments here are saying there is an API, which there must be since there are integrations, but I'm talking about an Open API where practices can have access to our own data.
I understand data integrity may make write functionality unwise, but we should be able to read data through an open API. For example, I just want to be able to keep my client CRM updated without having to do exports from Neo all the time.
They do have an API, but it is very limited. It is very hard to integrate, as it only provide limited data. Given how sparse Neo's features are, it is very easy area for them to open up and allow users to extend it, as they see fit. It will dramatically reduce these enhancement requests they have to respond to, save time.
I have made various suggestions, but they ignored them or plain refused to implement.
They have an API. Bet you it is proprietary and expensive.
So many of the other integrations would be a no-brainer with a little sprinkle of API.
