Forms: Link Neo form to consultation when saving to file from consultation

We would like the ability to attach a form to a consultation rather than through the files tab.

For most consultations, I want to create & print out Take Home Instructions for my clients, and attach them to the consultation. What's the best way to do that?

    We also want this for written prescriptions where patients are picking up medications from human or online pharmacies. Would love to see info for rx saved to line item in the consultation, rather than having the blank form in the consultation and having to remember to save the file so that it will be stored in the Files tab.
