Report: Add more filters to Products NOT Dispensed to Patient (patient status, species, etc)

Clinic would like more sort filters such as species, age and sex, client and patient status

Practice would like there to be a marketing report that does the following automatically:

Find all patients that haven't received a treatment in a certain time frame
Negate any clients/patients that are marked as deceased
Negate any clients/patients that haven't been into the practice for a certain amount of time (not actively coming to the practice
Negate any patient that has received the product recently.
