I would love to have more developed autocomplete options or shorthand for common topics that are more than one line.
Other option would be a separate place for some templates to be saved- I could make all sorts of templates for this but then the template list would be so long we couldn't find anything.... So separating templates out by type or topic (estimates, surgery, exams, communication, etc).
