Retrieve a list of products that are expiring including batch number.
Hello, creulet@acadiananimalhospital.com! Thank you for the feedback on the new report.
For tracing products' batch expiration dates back to patients, you can use the Dispensed products in date range > Dispensed products by day (no grouping, client details) report. The CSV exported file includes the batch number AND expiration date of the product dispensed to your patients - hope this helps!
So glad this is finally available! Would love the ability to simply type the date instead of having to scroll/find on the calendar. Also, don't like that inactive products are included in the report.
When a date is deleted it doesn't show up on the patients account for the product (only the batch number is visible). Does me no good if I'm trying to figure out if the product they may have at home is expired or not.
Love it! An essential useful report for inventory management! Thank you
This is a good feature. We would be more likely to fully utilize it if there were an option to prevent batch numbers from showing up on client consults or to automatically exclude inventory items from being listed as an option for line items in consults.
Love it!
Tracking expiration dates is crucial, and having a report to generate that data would streamline the process significantly. Once I realized that NEO does not track expiration dates, I took on the task myself. While it is a significant undertaking, it has proven to be highly beneficial. Implementing a report to generate this data would greatly enhance efficiency—please proceed with this enhancement.
Yes, Yes, Yes!!!!! This is an absolute must.
We really need this to track our inventory and keep from running out. We just pulled so many products that are about to expire that we now need to reorder. A heads up would have helped, especially at the end of the year.
This report would be very helpful with keeping track of what inventory items are expiring soon!
Agreed- years into existance and Neo still can't pull expiration reports? This would save us SO MUCH time, and trouble.
This was created years ago and it's still not a thing???? Extremely frustrating every single month to go over the ENTIRE clinic supplies to find what's about to expire.
This is a must need report so we know when we need to reorder products that are about to expire. Thank you!
Please allow us to prepare a report that shows expiration of products and inventory. This will assist us in being proactive regarding pulling/using/reordering stock that is near its expiration date. Thank you
At the very least add the fields 'batch number' and 'expiration date' to the existing 'Inventory Listing' report please!
Absolutely agree with the comments above. This report is necessary.
It's rather pathetic this is not implemented yet. Should I add this to my wish list for Santa this December? He seems to be more responsive...
Neo, thinking "How can we expedite some of the menial tasks our clients experience in the field by improving our system?"
Literally everyone who's ever worked in a clinical setting: "THIS"
We need this report, dear Neo smarty people. We needed it yesterday. Tomorrow will suffice.
The expiration and batch number should automatically change so the good expiration date appears promptly on the prescription label. It should also give an alert if the product is expired or if we do not have enough in stock
GET THIS IN THE WORKS!!!! IT IS VITAL!!!!!
This should be a basic function of a PMS System! Please add this function; it is critical for proper inventory management.
