Would like the SMS messages to have a two way communication so the client can respond to the SMS message
Please let them confirm and be able to mark our calendar appt too thank you
The worst part is that the clients don't know that they can't respond to the text so they think their reply went through. I thought that when this thread said two way texting was in development that it would be within Neo. Seems like a pretty easy thing to do since many other PMS have them. Instead they offered Vello (similar to PetDesk) which is an additional $249/month.

Please streamline and simplify our jobs!!! Clients like the ability to chat back to us and it would be great to communicate with them with out a delay. please
Please enable two way texting so the clients can write back a short message! They can confirm or cancel an appt. They can also respond if we are checking on them "Hope Boone is responding to the new medication! Please call us if he is not doing better!" It would be nice if they could respond either way. So much faster! If some clinics don't want to do this, they can toggle it off!
No thanks! There are many other ways they can communicate, UNLESS it is a SINGLE time response to that specific text message only.
Back and forth with clients is already endless on multiple social media platforms, webpage and phone without adding another avenue for communication.
Clients complain that they are responding to our confirmation texts but, of course, we don't get those texts. The Neo texting feature is really useless right now. They have to update this to two way text for it to be valuable. Surely a company as big as Idexx has the resources to make this happen???????
We used to have Intravet & had 2 way texting with MarketHound for free! I wish Idexx would get on board with this also!!!! It's the one reason I didn't want to convert to Neo.
We're all willing to pay a little more for Neo to get this integration so we don't have to pay a secondary provider that may or may not integrate into Neo Software!
This has been used by me before in a different hospital with the VCA software and I really enjoyed the fact that I could cut my time down so much by being able to quickly and efficiently get and give updates on patient status and progress and that it would then be able to be put into the record so that I do not have to do double the work and go and type up what I communicated. I would also use it to discuss blood work results it was an amazing feature and very useful.
Two way texting should absolutely be an enhancement priority with Idexx Neo- it's quickly becoming industry standard as a way of communicating with clients.

We use Weave which is an amazing internet phone system (expect $300 monthly, though). At least make integration available please.
We have been using HeyMarket and it has been amazing. No integrations is avaliable though☹️

this would be amazing! we currently use google voice and a clinic cell phone. this would make a huge difference. ideally it would go into the client comm log and then the hosp could tag it to a patient.

Yes, This is a must and would benifit us not having to use multiple systems.
