Forms & Certificates: Ability to start Neo form, save to patient record, reopen to edit and save to the patient file again

Would like the ability to work on a form and save the form to the patient record with the option to go back into the form and continue updating and working on the same form. Similar to working with consultations.

    We call surgeries a week in advanced to go over the consent form and sometimes owners don't answer the first three (!) times i call them. So, I either have to keep the form open on my computer (which uses up memory and makes my computer slow) or re-fill it out each time i try to call them. This would be awesome and save me time and sanity!

    Agree! We use forms to make our discharge instruction, and the techs could start these for me, then I can go back in and make edits and send when final. This would save a lot of time!
