I agree, this would be one of my top priorities for Neo to enhance!!
Yes please! Too many block offs being moved or deleted! So frustrating
This really needs to happen. I am so tired of people deleting blocked stops when they are not supposed to touch them.

We have technicians move a lunch block to accomodate a work in, and inevitably it was a reccuring block and the technician has clicked through too quickly and shortened every single lunch block for the doctors going forward.
I would love only a few people being able to change a block!!
