Procedure Templates: Make products "smart" in procedure templates similar to Cornerstone (for example: based on species, age, weight, sex, ask to add product, etc.)

Would like options in Procedure Templates that are similar to Cornerstone 'Smart Groups'.

Example: The ability to automatically ask if an item should be added to an invoice by clicking yes or no and making products "smart" based on species, sex, age, and weight.
