Appointments: Auto print check in cheet (upon patient check-in)

Client would like the ability to have the Patient Check-in Sheet automatically print when the patient has been checked in.

I agree with the comment that we'd want it the day before.

OR MANUALLY like the night before as a BATCH report for all appointments.
