I used PetDesk at my previous practice and it was an amazing tool. Not having the ability to text with customers really adds so much time to what the front end has to handle that we are working just as hard as we were with that old pen and paper charting and filing with a completely paperless practice using Neo.
Not having petdesk is really holding us back.
We are just switching to Neo and are very upset we have to give up PetDesk. They have been wonderful to work with. We hope this is a future integration.
