Clients / Patients: Move or merge patient records - more complete record update (e.g., results, vaccinces, Rx, etc.)

When moving or merging a patient, client would like the patient records to be moved or merged as well so they have the full medical history of the patient. Would also like prices from prescriptions to be transferred as well.

    Specifically want the patient results to move/merge to the new client when moving the patient.
