Reports: Raw Unit Cost (for market price comparisons)

I need to pull a product/inventory report with the unit cost entered and not an inflated number with a markup I did not added. I need to be able to download the raw unit cost and none of the reports have that information. It makes sense to pull a report with the markup on the retail price if you want to compare pre vs. post tax, but not to the unit cost. I'm working on a market price comparison, and need this ASAP Please make this possible. Thank you!
