Clients / Patients: Still able to email Invoice for euthanasia if patient is marked as deceased.

Neo should still be able to send invoices for patients that have marked as deceased.

The example that caused this to occur:

Patient was euthanized, Practice invoiced for Euthanasia, Because the patient is marked as deceased they are unable to email the receipt to the client.
