Dr. would like the spay Neuter check box to stat if the patient is Spayed or Neutered, because N means no but can also mean Neuter. She would like it to be specific and just state Spayed or Neutered. Maybe with a drop down instead of the check box.

Would like the option to be able to search for "Altered/intact" status instead of just Neutered or Spayed. The Neutered and Spayed option can be confusing if someone enters a N for Neutered instead of No. They would prefer an option to search by the following:
MN (Male Neuered)
FS (Female Spayed)
M (Male
