Reports: Add controlled substance export for DEA standard

Clinic would like better reporting for controlled substances. They would like a controlled substance report to include: client name, address, telephone #, client birthdate, client gender, patient name, birthdate, species, breed, sex, product name, quantity and unit of measure, prescription number, date sold, ndc#, veterinarian, dea#.

    Yes, please!
The ASAP4.1 format (for no technical people, that's the file format California, and likely other states, requires), is NOT hard to program!
How do I know? Because I, as a hobbiest programmer, paid as an RVT (I don't make money doing software), have created programs that pull data from Cornerstone's database, or converted reports from Avimark and Ezyvet, to create these reports - with prompts for those few missing details.
hey. IdexxNeo programmers. IT'S NOT THAT HARD TO DO! If a amatuer can figure it out, chances are, paid professionals can do it!

In TN our reports also require Rx #, Authorized # of refills, Date filled, Refill #, Quantity dispensed, Days supply, Dosage unit, and Payment method. It would be great to have all of those also included on the report. And it would be amazing to have the report accessible soon as we have had to manually enter all of that information on the portal for every single client that received controlled drugs since March when we converted.
