Yes! This is very frustrating. When an estimate is made in advance for an appointment and you convert to a consultation the day of the appointment, the schedule shows a consultation has not been made. This makes things confusing for the front desk. They cannot see when pet is ready to check out, etc.
Being able to "unlink" one would be helpful as well!!
