Diagnostics: Update error message test when user tries to add to an order an IRL test (re: "Add-on" test code, without having a qualifying profile on the requisition (current error: you cannot add this service to this request)
On the error that is supported, look at updating the Neo error message text with more detail, e.g.: "You must first select a qualifying profile: a CBC and a chemistry panel containing at least two biochemistry tests. Or if you already ordered that from Neo, you can order an add-on in VetConnect PLUS and then reconcile in Neo." The current error text says "you cannot add this service to this request"
