Appointment Schedule: Making appointment without adding new client to Client List

The ability to make an appointment with a no-client item.

Example: Person A calls in to set up an appointment, but the practice isn't sure they'll be a continuing customer to instead of creating a new client they set up the appointment without assigning anyone - or a no-client option.
