Patients: Load entire consultation history automatically when the Consults tab is opened

Would like the enitre patient history to load when viewing the Consults tab instead of just the last year.

would be helpful to be able to turn off "load all history" it is a nuisance to remember to click load when saving hx and sending to another clinic

Yes, or it could be a setting that could be turned on or off.
