Products: Special action to auto save special action forms to Files Tab

Request for an option in Special actions on a product to allow for an attached form to be delivered to the Files tab automatically when the product is used on a consultation. Current workflow is that they open the attached form and have to click on "Save in Files" manually, and there is no easy way to see if this was missed. Automating this would ensure that these files are always included.
