Appointments: Appointments confirmed by client via email

Would like a client to be able to click in an email to confirm an appointment, see that they are confirmed, and then a practice user can also see they are confirmed when viewing the appointment schedule page or client/patient records.

    Laurie Rose and the Neo team,

    This is not ok- I received email notification that this and other enhancement requests had been released the other day. Nowhere in those notification emails did it say the features were released with a different software- it said Neo.

    We wanted these features within Neo, not something that requires yet another third party integration. Neo requires too many third party integrations to be functional. Very disappointed in the way Neo is failing to keep up with what was promised to me in 2017, when we first signed on with Neo.

    You could probably mark most of the enhancement requests as released if you are including features available outside of Neo.... We want these enhancements within Neo!

    Neo is already fairly costly- and Vello cost is ridiculous added on top of Neo and the other integrations needed to make Neo fully functional.

    This is not what we signed up for.

    Via email or text...it would be great if the client can reply to those we send out.
