The problem is that declined products and services are showing up in the reminders and would generate reminders on a FALSE date. When clients look at their records via third party access they SEE the reminder and stop there. They either think that was actually done or they get upset with us because it was supposed to have been a different date (or some other situation) and blame the staff. Clearly, the fault is Neo doing it poorly.
yes I had this happen with a 3 year vaccine that was removed from a consultation and then entered as a vaccine #3 (1 year). Reminder for the 3 year vaccine was not automatically removed by Neo sadly.
