Collect Payments: Show "pending charges" (Draft and unpaid consultations, to charge client)

It would be ideal to have the "pending charges" under drafts actually show up in the payment screen. Our staff has repeatedly incompletely charged clients because a draft was not finalized by clicking the little box "ready for check-out". This usually happens when multiple providers have seen the same patient in one day (ie: grooming, services, food) or when a patient has been here several days with multiple days of charges.
