Like someone else noted had an irate client in office today that we have never responded to her texts-informed we do not have 2 way texting in our system and no way to note that due to limited characters
Just bring Neo up to the year 2010 and give it the ability to integrate seamlessly with a two way SMS system so clients can reply Y I'm coming to the appointment
I don't get any reply at all- when I reply to an SMS, it appears that the message was sent. No notification at all that it won't go through.
Even if it goes into an email back to the practice would be better than nothing- we need to either receive their replies or it needs to notify them that we will not get it at all.
yes please! We have had angry clients because we didnt have enough space to write so in the sms.
