The ability to select the preferred reminder method (phone, sms, email, postcard) so that it shows on the reminder list that way so that they send it to the clients preferred method easily. Currently it is only possible to record this through an extra field which can not be tied to the reminder list.
Secondly, option to identify which items will be communicated.
Some clients don't have e-mails. In a situation where a client does not want or does not have an email to provide the suggestion is to add a check box to the client page that says "Do not send e-mails."
Would like the ability to choose the type of reminder a client receives automatically. ( a check box on the client or patient to receive a Letter, email or sms reminder)

Just a bandaid if you want, I change the Title to represent reminder type to help when I go print the reminder list:
E=Email
T=Text
P=Phone call
* = Goes elsewhere.

Agreed! Also, am I the only one that has issues with doing the Idexx post card reminders? I wish that list would export exactly how it needs to upload into the Idexx Postcard reminder system. As it is, I have to manually change the tabs.
