Appointment Schedule: Checking in multiple patients at one time (have the Status change on each patient)

When checking in a patient currently the option is to select the appointment type from the appointment itself this will cause the status to change on the appointment scheduler. If a clinic has two patients that are under the same client they would like to be able to start those appointments at the same time and eventually moving into being able to merge the consultations onto one invoice.
