Clients: Warn for duplicate client if name already exists (at time of creating the client)

Request to add checks for exact matching first and last names and/or exact match phone numbers in Neo when creating a new client to help to avoid duplication.

    YES! I loved that cornerstone did this because it would help us so we didnt make new accounts for previously fired clients

    I get a warning if I happen to enter the name of the first client listed, but if the spouse/other person calls to make an appt it does not bring up a duplicate warning even though they were listed as such.
