we deal with rescues and they hate getting so many reminders. it would be nice to have one click on a box to turn them off
I agree, we deal with lots of rescues and they hate being bombarded with reminders when they dont have pets anyore
for owners that prefer phone calls for communication is there a way to have reminders go out in call form? This would be helpful.
Us too. We are being buried under a heap of bounced/rejected email notifications from clients who don't want emails in the first place. Currently there is no way to stop automated emails going out to a client, which is completely rediculous.
