Appointments: Print or email forms from appointment (for example, checkin sheet, cage card, consent forms, etc)

Would like to be able to print forms directly from an appointment or have them automatically linked to the appointment for printing based on the appointment type. This would cut down steps navigating to Patients > Forms.

    It would be a huge time saver to have patient check in sheet print directly from the appointment screen, or have a mass print of all appointments check in sheets for the day instead of having to do each individual.
