I agree this happens way to often, we are also a busy clinic with multiple people answering phones form all over the clinic and form home on occasion.
This has happened several times now. I agree that this issue needs to be resolved.
This happens far too often. There needs to be a way to avoid this problem from happening.
I have had this happen to me twice today alone. We are far too busy to just have one person answering the phones and it just takes more time that we don't have to call, apologize and reschedule double booked appointments.
Yes! This a consistent problem! It doesn't look professional when I have to call a client back and reschedule because another receptionist was able to edit the same time slot I was currently editing.
