Client Account: Track change given amount and allow change to be left as a credit on client account

Ability to leave as credit on account. This is needed to accurately show how much the client actually paid and received in change or what was left on account.

Rework the client account financial activity so that it shows charges, payments, and balance on any given date. Simplify the payment process (get rid of prepayments), and show a more streamlined picture of the client's account. (See attached example)
