Reports: Improve Rabies Vaccine and Tag Report (add other info, e.g. patient age, spay/neutered, vaccination tag expiration date or duration)

Add the The date the Rabies Vaccination is due again as well as showing whether the patient has been spayed and neutered.

Include tags even if there was not a vaccination product.
