Client would like the ability to view all scheduled callbacks for a specified patient from both the home screen and the patients file.
I am disappointed in the comm log. The communications need to be chronologically in the medical record and not separated from everything. If the patient is hospitalized, the communication logs should be with that record.
I also think the title of the comm log needs to be customizable for that particular communication- the generic name given to the form is not helpful when trying to find a specific communication.
I like the new feature of the comm log area in both patient and client. I like that we can add communications with clients and see all of the comm tasks. Would it be possible to add a button to the client comm area so that a new comm task could be created from this area as well instead of having to navigate back to the patient?
